Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi laid the foundation stone for the Rs 312-crore integrated development of Maa Tarini shrine in Keonjhar, aiming for world-class status within a year. He also announced numerous other development projects, including a mega steel plant and extensive road infrastructure upgrades, totaling Rs 35,000 crore for the district's economic growth.
