Louisiana is preparing for the 2026 Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade with a float titled "Gulf to Gumbo" which highlights the state's culture and industries, and features a giant pelican cooking a seafood gumbo, as well as representatives from tourism offices, chefs, festival royalty and other community leaders.
