The Defence Acquisition Council has approved significant procurement proposals totaling approximately Rs 79,000 crore. These acquisitions will bolster the capabilities of the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force. Modern weaponry and systems are being acquired to enhance precision strike, surveillance, communication, and pilot training. These advancements aim to strengthen national defence preparedness across all three services.
