Agritech Unnati acquires Gramophone; Info Edge to transfer stake, infuse Rs 35 crore

Agritech startup Unnati is acquiring Gramophone in a stock-swap deal, with Info Edge transferring its 51% stake in Gramophone for a 15.7% stake in Unnati. Info Edge will also invest Rs 35 crore in Unnati, increasing its total stake to 20.5%.
