Trkiye's annual inflation eases to 30.89 pct in December

ANKARA, Jan. 5 (Xinhua) -- Trkiye's annual inflation rate slowed to 30.89 percent in December, down from 31.07 percent in November, according to official figures on Monday.

Data showed that consumer prices continued to rise across the three main expenditure groups, which carry the largest weights in the inflation basket, said the Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat).
