Following intervention from EU Commission: Belgian group Maziers takes over Boissons Heintz' catering business

Munhowen said on Monday that Belgian group Maziers will take over the Horeca delivery arm of Boissons Heintz in Luxembourg, a divestment required by the European Commission to clear Munhowen's controversial merger with its former rival.
