Cillian Murphy Joins Cast of '28 Years Later: The Bone Temple' at the World Premiere
Cillian Murphy is celebrating his return to the 28 Days Later franchise!
The 49-year-old Oscar winner joined the other film stars Jack O’Connell, Alfie Williams, Erin Kellyman, and Chi Lewis-Parry at the world premiere at BFI IMAX Waterloo on Tuesday (January 13) in London. Ralph Fiennes also stars but did not appear to be at the premiere.
Cillian is reprising his role as Jim in the upcoming sequel 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple from director Nia DaCosta and writer Alex Garland. Danny Boyle, who directed 28 Days Later and last year’s 28 Years Later, returns as a producer.

Other cast members in attendance included Emma Laird, Maura Bird, Ghazi Al Ruffai, Louis Ashbourne Serkis, and Sam Locke. Louis was supported by his parents Andy Serkis and Lorraine Ashbourne.
28 Years Later: The Bone Temple premieres in the U.K. on January 14 and then in the U.S. on January 16. Watch the trailer!
