Seven individuals have been arrested in connection with the lynching of 19-year-old Vicky Nayak in Ranchi's Chaya village. Nayak was accused of stealing a motor pump and was assaulted during a village meeting when he denied the accusation. He later succumbed to his injuries on the way to the hospital.
