The Delhi Development Authority is introducing a unique Rs 4-crore houseboat attraction to Baansera Park, designed like traditional Kashmiri boats. This 60-foot-long, land-fixed structure will serve as a leisure and event space, featuring a multi-purpose hall and meeting room. The project, part of the Yamuna floodplain revival, is expected to be completed within six months.
