A man was denied free drinking water at a Faridabad restaurant and forced to buy a bottled water for Rs 40. He took the restaurant to the consumer commission and won. The commission ordered the restaurant to refund the Rs 40 and pay Rs 3,000 in compensation for mental agony and harassment.
