As the government gears up to present the Union Budget 2026–27, the real estate sector has placed its expectations on the table. The Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) has urged the Centre to take immediate steps to make housing more affordable and ensure a steady supply of homes across the country.
