Robert Gautreaux, the former construction manager for the Lafayette Parish School System, was booked on Monday on seven counts of filing false public records, two counts of first-degree injuring public records and two counts of obstruction of justice, after allegedly creating false quotes for multiple construction projects and submitting them into school system records to meet policy requirements.
