Arctic cold this morning, sunny and chilly afternoon

Temperatures will warm up to near 50 degrees on Sunday afternoon, drop to near freezing overnight, and warm up to the 60s on Monday afternoon, before reaching near 70 on Tuesday ahead of a weather system bringing showers to the area late in the day.
