Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarandos told the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Antitrust, Competition Policy, and Consumer Rights that the streaming giant’s $72 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. and HBO “will create value for consumers, more opportunities for the creative community and more American jobs.”
