Swiss bank UBS reported a 56% surge in fourth-quarter net profit, exceeding expectations with $1.2 billion. The bank plans at least $3 billion in share buybacks for 2026 and increased its cost-saving target by $500 million. Strong inflows were seen globally, despite US outflows in wealth management.
