Saint Laurent, Miu Miu and Cos win again as Q4 Lyst Index show new conservatism

​The Lyst Index for Q4 has just been released and it’s most remarkable for the brands that didn’t change rather than those that did. Essentially, Saint Laurent and Miu Miu kept their places in the top two spots.
