Toyota's Chief Executive Koji Sato is stepping down after three years. Kenta Kon, the current Chief Financial Officer, will take over as the new leader. Kon joined Toyota in 1991 and has a strong background in finance. He has also been involved in the company's expansion into mobility solutions and real estate ventures.
