NEW JERSEY (PIX11) – A water main break is slowing down traffic on the I-280 on Monday morning, according to 511NJ. It’s causing traffic from Orange City Township to Newark. One westbound lane is closed, and the eastbound shoulder is closed near Exit 11. All lanes open back up by Exit 12.
