Nobel peace laureate Narges Mohammadi battered nearly to death in Iran prison, Nobel committee says

Iran’s security forces have repeatedly beaten imprisoned Nobel peace laureate Narges Mohammadi and subjected her to “life-threatening mistreatment,” the Norwegian Nobel Committee said Wednesday.
