Lingaraj Temple in Bhubaneswar has implemented a detailed crowd management plan for Maha Shivaratri, with devotees entering through the Lions’ Gate and exiting via the Dakshina Dwara to ensure one-way movement. This revised arrangement follows last year's overcrowding incident. Special entry passes are QR-coded and limited to 1,500, while the Mahadeepa ritual is scheduled for 10 pm.
