Lender Admits Issuing Personal Loans Without Registration, Commission Trying To Reach Impacted Borrowers

Commerce Commission Deputy Chair Anne Callinan says work is now underway to try and contact affected borrowers who could be entitled to financial compensation, if there are available funds.
