Advocates rally to end ICE detention contracts and 287(g) agreements

New Yorkers rallied at the Capitol to push for two bills that would cut ties between the state and federal immigration enforcement, including ending 287(g) agreements and contracts that pay local facilities to hold people arrested by ICE.
