Delhi's government is expanding healthcare access by including beneficiaries of widow and disability financial assistance schemes under the Ayushman Bharat health scheme. Approximately 3.97 lakh widows and 1.31 lakh Divyang persons, along with their families, will now be eligible for the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY), which offers cashless treatment up to Rs 5 lakh annually.
