A 31-year-old physiotherapist from Assam was discovered deceased near his rented home in Cuttack district. Ruhan Kakati had been practicing in the area for several years. A co-tenant found him motionless early Thursday morning. Police have sent the body for post-mortem examination to determine the cause of death. Kakati's family in Assam has been notified.
