Report: Bills re-signing S Sam Franklin Jr. to 3-year deal

The Buffalo Bills are re-signing safety and special teams standout Sam Franklin Jr. to a three-year contract, ESPN reported Friday.

The deal is worth up to $7.5 million and includes $5 million in the first two seasons for the six-year veteran, per the report.
