A baby seal wandered out of the ocean and onto a busy street on Long Beach Island on the Jersey Shore. A passerby noticed her taking a nap in the middle of the busy highway and called Harvey Cedars police, who helped transport her to the Marine Mammal Stranding Center, where she's recovering.
