Milestones: Good news about Marin people

Dean’s list: Lena Sugrue, of Belvedere; Ben Choucroun and Will Hobbs, both of Corte Madera; Eli Brigham, of Fairfax; Jake Candell, of Greenbrae; Caitlin Capitolo, of Kentfield; Cole Lewis, Nadia Forland and Elsa Schutt, all of Larkspur; Hazel Hersh, Maren Jones and Lilah Parker, all of Mill Valley; Mario Crocitto, of Novato; Benicio Branco, Finn Ketcham and Addy Samway, all of San Anselmo; Meggie Stenback, of San Rafael; and Luci Karp, Mia Solomon, Josh Riley, Alex Stephens and Jim Young, all of Tiburon, were named to the dean’s list at Tufts University for the fall 2025 semester.

Recognition: Hot Italian, which has locations in Berkeley and San Rafael, was named one of the “top Italian restaurants” by Gambero Rosso, an Italian publishing group that publishes guides to Italian food, wine and restaurants around the world.

Recognition: Marin Country Club in Novato was recognized with a distinguished club designation with elite status by BoardRoom magazine, a national publication serving the private club industry, in partnership with Forbes Travel Guide.
