Fuel pump owners say supply chains have been functioning normally and there is no need for people to buy petrol or diesel in a panic mode. District Collector A.Kulothungan chaired a meeting with distributors following reports of overcrowding at fuel stations and appealed to the public not to panic and believe in rumours.
