Davies needs to go because he seems completely lost and the championship has moved away from his style of football. But I like the idea some suggested several weeks back of someone coming in above Gardner.

I think KH need to address the strategy too. Recruitment needs to be better aligned with coaching and we need to adapt our philosophy to better suit the league.
