Lara Trump torched for ICE photo op as TSA goes unpaid: 'Someone more useless than you'

The wife of Eric Trump is being raked over the coals for posting a picture with, and thanking, ICE agents, of herself at Newark Liberty International Airport, without a word about the TSA agents who are not being paid.

On X, Lara Trump paid tribute to the ICE agents, who have been criticized for getting paid to do nothing that helps alleviate the chaos at the nation’s airports due to a TSA worker shortage.

Commenters on X said Donald Trump’s daughter-in-law should have been thanking those working without paychecks.

Posing with the four armed agents, she wrote, “Just landed in Newark and stopped to thank some ICE agents thanks [sic] you, gentlemen,” accompanied by two approving emojis.

According to one critic, “Neat that you found someone even more useless than you.”

Crypto fan Max Ilham wrote, “You forgot to Thanks TSA agents who are still working without pay,” which was echoed by A Friend who suggested, “It would be nice if you would hand $100 to each TSA agent you see today as a thank you. ICE is getting paid, TSA is taking care of you for free, selling blood to pay for gas.”

“Maybe thank the TSA workers who are working while not getting paid, you tone deaf b----,” offered roxygirl7985.
