The Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) has declared Dr Gabriel Tanko Kwamigah Atokple, owner of Sesi Edem Company Limited, a person of interest in an ongoing investigation into alleged fraud and money laundering involving tens of millions of cedis.
