Odisha's cabinet has significantly boosted reservations for marginalized students in medical and technical institutions. Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC) will now receive 11.25% reservation for the first time. Scheduled Tribe (ST) quotas rise from 12% to 22.5%, and Scheduled Caste (SC) from 8% to 16.25%, empowering talented youth.
