IPL 2026: Former India spinner R Ashwin has revealed his IPL retirement was due to a difficult period with Chennai Super Kings. He found the experience mentally disturbing and painful. Ashwin decided to quit to save the franchise the dilemma of his retention. He felt his departure also freed up purse space for CSK to acquire new talent.
