North Korea launched an unidentified projectile towards the sea on Wednesday. This follows a suspected ballistic missile launch detected on Tuesday. Pyongyang has made it clear it views South Korea as an enemy. This comes despite some in Seoul hoping for a thaw in relations. The two Koreas remain technically at war.
