A 45-year-old driver arrested with suspected narcotic substances in Kumasi has denied ownership of the items, claiming they belong to his girlfriend and another woman. The suspect, Foster Owusu, also known as ldquo;Master Pee, rdquo; a resident of Pankrono in the Ashanti Region, was arrested after allegedly attempting to flee upon spotting police officers in his community.
