The Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) in Leipzig has updated its overview of more than 50 selected construction projects for the year 2017 in the Leipzig economic region. The total investment volume is more than 3 billion euros. Apart from housing and hotel projects, investment is also being made in the education and medical sectors.
