ABUJA, March 8 (Reuters) - South African company MTN is in talks with the telecoms industry regulator in Nigeria to reduce a $3.9 billion fine imposed for failing to disconnect unregistered SIM cards from its local network, Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari said on Tuesday.
A 160-hectare farm in Batangas has started producing, not the usual crops, but electricity from some 200,000 solar panels arrayed over a vast tract of previously unproductive land in Calatagan, Batangas.
