S.C. Senate sends bill that will register, track refugees to the House
COLUMBIA — Against a backdrop of terror attacks in Paris, San Bernardino, Calif., and Brussels, the South Carolina Senate passed legislation Wednesday creating a registry for tracking refugees who relocate in the state.
