In the adult world, colors have names. Kitchens are painted Dill with accents in Bamboo; bathrooms are bathed in Dark Iris and Du Jour. But children are different. They have favorite colors. They like green, or blue, or yellow. Rebecca Alison Meyer loved purple. It was her favorite color.
