U.N. appoints Senegalese diplomat to mediate peace talks in Burundi

BUJUMBURA (Reuters) - The United Nations on Sunday appointed a Senegalese diplomat to facilitate talks between rival factions in Burundi's political crisis after the opposition accused the previous mediator of bias.
