Cincinnati campus police officer charged with murder of black man

Ray Tensing, a University of Cincinnati police officer who fatally shot unarmed black man Samuel Dubose this month during a traffic stop, has been charged with murder, in a case the prosecuting attorney calls "senseless." Jillian Kitchener reports.
