Dutch PostNL agrees to management buyout of UK arm Whistl

LONDON (Reuters) - Whistl, the postal firm whose plans to rival Royal Mail as a delivery firm were scuppered by funding issues, has agreed a management buyout from Dutch parent PostNL.
