Russia ‘Closely Monitoring’ Armenian-Azeri Border Crisis

Russia said on Tuesday that it keeps trying to ease tensions between Armenia and Azerbaijan as troops from the two South Caucasus countries remained locked in a border standoff threatening to reignite the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
