Facing a flood, Andrews man builds 4-foot dike around home

"I barricaded it for my wife, 'cause when Mama's happy, Daddy's happy." When asked why he built a four-foot dike around two homes in Andrews during the floods this past week, that's the first thing out of George Fulton's mouth.
