The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) has now recorded 26 deaths from the wrath of typhoon “Lando” (international name “Koppu”). In an official bulletin released this morning of October 21, 2015, the NDRRMC said that there were also eight individuals injured. “Lando” has weakened from typhoon into tropical depression as it slowly moves northeast. It is expected to degrade into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration said today.
