The 14-day-old baby girl who was born after her mother was fatally stabbed in North Charleston earlier this month died Saturday. Miracle Frazier died just after 7:45 p.m. Saturday at Medical University Hospital, according to Charleston County Deputy Coroner Bobbi Jo O’Neal.
