Man accused of intimidating witness in brother’s murder trial sentenced to nearly 10 years

A man prosecutors say fired a pistol at least seven times into a Charleston home last year to sway a witness from testifying in his brother’s murder trial was sentenced Friday to nearly 10 years in federal prison.
