Charleston Film Festival presents selection of features, shorts and documentaries; French Film Festival follows

The oldest part of Charleston has seven institutions of higher learning and close to 18,000 students flitting here and there. It’s also home to a significant cultured set: theater- and concertgoers, art lovers, foodies.
