The Philippines is still undecided whether it will join the Beijing-led Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) despite being the last remaining prospective member that has yet to sign the articles of agreement. On the sidelines of a recent integrity summit, Finance Secretary Cesar V. Purisima said the government has until the end of the month to decide on the regional infrastructure bank in Asia being initiative by the People’s Republic of China. Cesar V.
