It’s fitting, in a sense, that Mount Pleasant Town Council decided earlier this month to once again review longstanding plans to build a roundabout on Coleman Boulevard. The project has been stuck in a roundabout of its own since its initial inclusion in the larger Coleman revitalization plan in 2008.
